Points of Interest

Nerdy Day Trips is a gigantic, inclusive, user-generated map that allows users to post their own points of interest and share them with the world.

The points of interest are all locations with nerd-appeal such as abandoned nuclear bunkers, sea forts, dead Victorian race courses, narrow gauge railways etc...

The website is the brainchild of Bad Science author Dr Ben Goldacre.

Aaron Rudd Creative were appointed to design the logo and the website that reflected the odd, eclectic nature of the users' posts. The website was nominated for Best Website of 2011.
